About the displayed price（表示価格）
The listed price includes the cost of the ceramic piece itself (ready-made), as well as design and production fees.
Purchase quantity limit（購入数量制限）
We have set a quantity limit for each product. We kindly ask that you refrain from making large purchases by a single person.
Handling and Caring for Ceramics（管理と手入れ）
After coloring with water-based acrylic paint, it is baked in an oven to complete the process. A dishwasher may be used for care and cleaning, but due to the nature of the artwork, excessive impact or friction may cause the colors to wear away, so gentle hand washing is recommended.
About paint（絵の具について）
The paints have obtained the AP mark, so you can use them with confidence. (The AP mark is given to products that meet the evaluation standards established by the Art & Creative Materials Institute (ACMI) in the United States, and they are recognized as products that do not pose a risk to the human body even when used on items such as tableware.)
Orders and Shipping（ご注文と発送）
We will begin the production process in the order that orders are received.
Since the seller handles all processes personally, it typically takes about 10 days from order receipt to shipment; however, please note that this may take longer than usual depending on how busy we are.
Returns and cancellations（返品・キャンセル）
Since each item is handmade specifically for each individual customer, we kindly ask that you refrain from canceling your order after it has been confirmed. Except in cases where the product has a defect (such as stains or damage), we cannot accept returns due to customer-related circumstances or subjective reasons, such as “I didn’t like the design” or “It was different from what I imagined.”

Color Tone（色味）
We make every effort to ensure that the product images closely match the actual colors of the items, but the colors may appear slightly different from the real product depending on your monitor environment or mobile device screen settings. Please use the images only as a reference for the final appearance.
Variations Due to Handmade Production（個体差）
Since each of our products is handmade individually, there may be differences in color unevenness and shades between each piece. We hope you enjoy these unique characteristics that come from being handmade.
